While I may do fanart from series from time to time. Keep in mind that I will NEVER draw anyone from Cartoon Network or any network I refuse to support.

Welcome to Smith & Company Creations' official Deviantart page, home to many fanarts and even my own cartoons. I am an artistic drawer and can make up many new characters along the way.

I have been drawing my own characters since 1998 with my first character which is called Mantu the Ball and still do today.

All my original characters and material such as Tina, Mantu, Jimmy Overall and Zonk, elements, logos, incidia and others are copyrighted to Smith & Company Creations, you MUST NOT use my creations, my characters and my art for profit or commercial purposes without my permission as using my content without my permission will be subjected with a takedown notice.

I really welcome fanarts and gifts of my original characters. But please credit me if they are being used by coping my name which is SmithCompanyArts. Failure into mentioning my username will be told to include the name.

Comments, DM's and chat logs containing malware/spyware links, chain mail, hate speech, NFTs/blockchain and advertising WILL BE reported, blocked and hidden without a peep from me.

My images and properties being used without credit is considered art theft. Any of my images being used without my permission will be asked to take it down. If nothing is done for a month, I may have to report the image. Fan art is fine, using my work without credit isn't.

if you DON'T LIKE what I draw or fave. Then just don't visit my gallery, keep your thoughts and bad opinions to yourself. I really cannot stand people for bashing my work. This is your only warning.

Also, here's what you will NOT find on my page which is my policy:

• Death, Bloody Violence or fatal torture (minor wounds are fine)

• No Gore or Dismemberment of original characters (Robots and Cyborgs are ok)

• Racism

• Nudity or Exposure (butt shown is a no-no)

• Hate Art towards other users (is against dA's ToS btw)

• Copyrighted images such as screenshots or stills from shows/movies (Games with screenshot functionality is ok)

• Yoai (Disgusting)

• Vore (People eating people? Gross)

• Sexual abuse
